CNPL is pleased to offer
our membership a variety of programs and incentives for the 2017/2018.
We hope that your teams
will look over our offerings and find at least one that matches their needs.
Please also explore our Spring Open Premier program in which you can enroll at an Early Bird price at the time of Fall Registration.
California Regional League (CRL) - U13 through U19 Boys and Girls
CRL offers your teams a
very competitive Fall League followed by a South vs. North Spring
Showcase(U15-U17).

Winners of the Fall
CRL divisions will qualify as Wild Cards for USYSA National Cup Regionals;

CRL U14-U17 League
winners qualify to play in the National League the following year.
Premier Divisions - U12(Pre-CRL playing 11v11 format) through U19 Boys and Girls
Premier teams not
interested in CRL or playing at a lower level are welcome to play in the Premier Division.
At Large
A wide open option for
teams to play additional or selective games as well as a means to fulfill the
National Cup requirements to play in a League in order to participate in State
Cup.
Pre-CRL – U11 Fall League played in 11v11 format
This program is meant to
address the needs of many U11 Premier teams who are currently opting to play
U12 in order to play under the 11v11 format.
Spring Open Premier
SOP is open to any
premier level team registered under any USSF affiliated organization
(USCS/CYSA/AYSO)

U12-U14, U18 - $300 Fall – add $100 for Spring Open Premier(Early
Bird), add $525 – for State Cup(Early Bird)

U15-U17 - $850, +100 Spring Open Premier(Early Bird), +525 SC(Early Bird) – Showcase vs. South included
Acceptance qualifications
Any team is welcome to
apply. If not associated with CYSA, arrangements will be made to issue
the team CYSA passes.
Limit – U12-U14 12
teams/division, U15-U18 – 8-12 teams/division
Overflow teams will be
welcome to play in the CCSL Premier Division. Within 2 years the Premier Division
and the CRL division will be subject to Promotion/Relegation.
Registration Deadline
July 7th 2014
Season
Fall – September through mid-March – games may be started in August – 7-11 games

Teams must have CYSA
passes.

Showcase
One Showcase per year
hosted alternately by Cal South and Cal North – Spring date TBD.

Division or from the At Large group at no cost.

Discounted Early Bird fees for Spring Open Premier and State Cup

Guaranteed acceptance and discount in the following showcases:

Northern California Spring Showcase(Boys and Girls) – March – $100
off

San Jose Invitational(Boys) – May – $75 off
o Davis Legacy Showcase(Boys and Girls) – July $100 off
CCSL Premier
The program is identical
with the CCSL program but by being run under CNPL the inter-League and At Large
games are added as a no-cost benefit/option.
Season, pricing and all
the CCSL registration rules apply.
At Large
At Large option will be
available for teams that do not participate in any Division. By using
this option these teams can play games vs. each other or vs. CRL/Premier
Division teams.

Fees
$20/played game.
League enrolled teams will not pay extra for additional games.

Fall League, the teams enrolled in this program will benefit at no-cost of the
At Large option.

Roster
Any player may play at
any time given proper registration and age. The only restriction is
related to mixing passes – all players must have passes issued by the same
organization.
